They need to hire more doctors for massage and chiropractor. Otherwise, the clinic is clean and polite staff. They cut your massage treatment to 15 when it’s supposed to be 30min minimum. Rip off. The massage therapist are not consistent and in a rush thanks to the shortage of staff.
The clinic is quite unique in how it approaches the care. It's very systematized and simple to follow as a patient. Reshma the physiotherapist is quite knowledgeable and will give you good work and guidance to healing and strengthening. The Chiropractors are good, they really listen and apply a good blend of manipulation and adjustments techniques. A standout practioner there is the sports therapist Nav. He has a very high level and complete understanding of the body, and how to fix it. Impressed with his treatments. The rest of the team, and there are quite a few more, are all excellent, they really help tie the experience together. Well done as a group. As a current client I can say the results have been very good.👍👍

It is very rare to go to a clinic and find all the staff to be exceptional and kind. From the girls at the front desk to Alison, Dr. Roger, Shre, Donna and Eileen. I can't say enough about them. Also Reshma, she is incredible. The way she is attentive to each individual, when there are several people in the room with different exercising needs, is amazing. I 100% recommend Alma Rehab. There goal is to make each individual better.
Excellent service! All the doctors/staff are very professional, polite and kind. They make it a priority to know you, understand your pain and help in every way possible. They really know what they are doing and are a great help in my recovery and life! I greatly appreciate everyone at Alma.
