From the Customer Service , to the Office Administrator right down to the Technicians - 1Heat2Cool really is about the people and not about a money grab like the bigger companies out there. 1Heat2Cool corrected one of these guys mistakes! Very happy with the service and highly recommend them!

(December 4, 2020, 4:42 pm)A friend recommended these guys to install a new air conditioner at the peak of the summer heat and we are so happy with the product & service.
Dave was able to install this at a good price and quickly for us. We were so impressed with his knowledge, workmanship and attention to detail! He took the time to make sure all of the wires were neat and hidden etc. His knowledge is incredible and he even fixed a couple of things on our furnace that he noticed at no extra charge because he is a perfectionist and likes things to be done correctly. About 2 months after installation, we called Dave to help with a thermostat installation and he did this free of charge also which we couldn't believe. I will never go anywhere else now and Dave is our #1 guy for anything HVAC related! Dave treats his clients like they are family and I have recommended him to everyone I know and will continue to do so. We know that if there is ever and issue, we can call Dave and he will be right there to fix it! Thanks Dave and team for the amazing work you do!!! :-) -

(December 1, 2020, 9:39 pm)David is wonderful person and I always enjoy our interactions. We have used his services on several occasions and are never disappointed. We actually just moved to a new home and asked David to stop in and check out our furnace to ensure it is working properly and safely.
David and his team are fast, friendly, clean, punctual, professional and trustworthy. In all honesty, it feels like you have a friend over when he is there - I look forward to his visits! You don't always get that feeling with other service people.
I would highly recommend 1Heat2Cool for all your HVAC needs and services. -

David Samuels (the owner) was very service oriented and professional, and a great guy to chat with as well.
The work was completed on time and the products are performing perfectly.
