Awesome job!
Roland from CSI Clean did an awesome job cleaning and sealing the ceramic tile grout in our entire house! We are so proud of our house now!
Our cream coloured tiles in the kitchen were framed in deep dark brown, almost black, dirty grout except for the non-traffic areas along the walls, which showed the original cream coloured grout. We thought we would have to clean and then colour the grout, which would almost double the cost and time. But Roland, with his 32 years of experience, was confident he could clean the grout to original colour and need only clear grout seal. He was right.
There were several steps in the cleaning process and Roland was meticulous in following the steps and spending more time on tough areas to get the grout clean. He took his time, answered all our questions, and the end cost was exactly as originally quoted.
And we really appreciated that he communicated with us to say when he was coming, when he would be leaving, what he was doing. He didn't stop the job and leave it part way to do another job, as some contractors have done to us in the past. And Roland was a delight to talk to.
All round a great experience!

We used CSI Clean to repair our main floor ceramic tile which had been previously cleaned and sealed by another company a few years ago which had resulted in a very dull, patchy and dirty looking floor. Roland from CSI was responsive and did an outstanding job; he was confident he could bring my floors back to their original state and with his attention to every inch of my floor - he was right. I cannot even describe the professionalism and quality of his work. Our floors look beautiful once again! We highly recommend Roland and CSI - the commitment to customer satisfaction was his first priority and that is rare. Thank you a million times over!

We used CSI Clean a few years ago for cleaning an area rug and stairs carpet. Being completely satisfied then, we recalled them to clean the same things. Again Brian did an outstanding job. In addition to being clean it is an added bonus that the rug is dry to walk on when completed.
We noticed in the brochure that they do granite countertop cleaning and sealing and asked for that service. Once more we were very pleased. The completed work brought out the colors in our granite and they shone better than new!

Great job cleaning the grout on my shower, thanks! It really revived the tired look of my shower. You don't realize how dirty your grout is until it is cleaned! Will be using CSI Clean again
