He made sure to explain his diagnosis clearly to avoid costly repairs. Bravo! Great company from the courteous receptionist to the methodical technicians!

If you want, fast, efficient service ask for Elmer! Actually everyone at Williams is a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them to all my friends. M. Webber

My brother in law referred me to your company and I was very impressed with Dave and the service he provided on such short notice. After my call Dave promptly arrived and he was able to get my furnace back up and running again in no time. Dave was kind and patient and courteous. Dave provided an easy explanation as to what caused my heater to stop running and shared some tips with me on what to look for going forward should something like this happen again. I truly appreciated the explanation on what filter to use for my furnace as well as checking my humidifier at the same time since it was dry in my home. All in all, Dave provided exceptional, prompt, professional and courteous service. I highly recommend using Williams Kool Heat in the future.

(February 2, 2022, 12:38 pm)I would highly recommend Williams. We had an emergency heating issue starting on Saturday night into Sunday morning. I looked up companies in Welland on the internet and found reviews and decided to give them a try. They (Jim) responded quickly and found the problem quickly. The price was great considering it was an emergency call. I would highly recommend this company and have found an HVAC company that will be getting all my business in the future. Call Williams you will not be sorry!!
