I had precision roofing come out and do my gutters and leafguard. Although slightly more expensive than a local competitor, I went with their quote because they were responsive, answered my questions, had great reviews, and were very thorough, etc.

When they showed up to replace the gutters, the installer noticed that the person who quoted the job didn't select the best colour match to the house, and recommended we do something else. I was so glad that he second-guessed it and brought it to my attention and fixed it on the spot. Luckily, he had the colour we needed on hand. If he hadn't second-guessed the choice, I probably wouldn't have been happy. Thank you!!

Overall, very pleased. Their customer service is amazing, they are there when they say they will be there, and they take pride in their work. Recommend highly.

We had our siding, eavestroughs and fascia done by Precision Roofing this past week. We have nothing negative to say about the whole project. We did get a couple of estimates and decided to go with Precision. They replaced our roof about 15 years ago, and they did a super job. Their estimate was reasonable and we were confident that they wouldn’t disappoint. Rod the estimator was very professional, polite and personable.. His responses to our questions were always prompt. When I would text him, he always responded immediately. Never had to wait. We got the estimate in July and he was honest to say there was about an 8 week wait for the job to get done, which was totally fine. Once scheduled the guys showed up on time. They were very polite. They did an amazing job and the daily cleanup was well done. When the job was completed we found a small flaw and when we brought it to their attention they sent the guys over the same day, and they fixed it right away. Kevin called the following day to make sure we were happy with the job. We most definitely recommend Precision Roofing.
