(January 7, 2021, 8:07 am)Been to two sessions and going on my third now and so far in just the two sessions he's helped me through a lot and was very understanding with no bias whatsoever on any topic and I highly recommend Jay because he is a really good professional on what he does and I'm sure he can help anyone who needs counselling in the area.

(March 28, 2019, 7:25 pm)After suffering with depression and anxiety for over 20 years, I finally got myself in to see Jay after the relationship I was in had fallen apart. During my first session with Jay I thought he was a bit of a weirdo, but then he dropped a truth bomb on me and I knew he was a great fit for me. After seeing him for a few months, I was able to get my head in better spot than it had been in a very long time (to the point where I felt foolish about not doing this sooner). He even helped fix my relationship (we're now married). I recommend Jay to everyone I talk to that is struggling and will continue to do so.

(June 4, 2016, 6:20 pm)JAY STUKEL helped me thru my divorce it was horrible but he really cared and was there for me 100% all the way. He helped me understand it was not my fault that all my feelings were normal thank God for Him he really helped me get thru it all.
