(March 3, 2021, 4:51 pm)After having service issues with another company I contacted Halco. The office was very polite and professional. I explained the situation and I got the service cleaning appointment setup for my farm portable toilet which is not one of theirs. The driver arrived on the day and the approx time they said he would. Unfortunately the portable was frozen so the driver could not complete the cleaning. He contacted me and explained the situation and offered solutions and said I would not be charged for the call. Even though the cleaning couldn't be completed he did as much as he could to make it look and smell better until he could return when it is thawed out. 5 Star service all around. I highly recommend Halco!!

(February 29, 2020, 2:08 pm)All around great company to deal with from the initial call to the delivery and pick up of the restrooms we ordered for my son's wedding. The restrooms were bright, clean and really appreciated by the guests at the outdoor wedding. Definitely a huge step above the traditional porta-potties. I highly recommend dealing with Halco, you won't be disappointed.
