(July 9, 2019, 1:32 pm)Unfortunately had an access issue with my service dog where the front counter lady was quite rude. She was going to completely deny me access until she asked a coworker who said it was okay. She remained rude while ordering and refused to deliver food to our table. Do wish we could sit and have our order taken rather than order at the counter. The food was good and fairly priced and I love the decorations of the place! Had the service been good this could have been a very different review. I hope the owner implements some Accessability for Ontarians with Disabilities (AODA) training.
