Customer service seems to be hit and miss and I'm not a huge fan of the layout/seating. But if you are looking for a variety of ice cream to go, they have it!
Their birthday cakes are super cute and taste phenomenal as well! -

Customer service is good, prices are good. It's always busy in the summer but it's worth the wait . -
