I just bought a truck there and I personally feel that they went above and beyond in regards to service (both customer and vehicle). I couldn't be more pleased. They are open and very honest. Truly a great experience. I would and will highly recommend Dekkers Auto to anyone! Keep up the great work guys.

(August 10, 2018, 5:01 am)Trustworthy and fair prices. This shop has very knowledgeable technicians they are quick to figure out what is wrong and quick to fix it. Always friendly staff and comfy chairs to seat in if you need to wait there.

I am completely satisfied with my purchase. it is my first time buying a car and Sandra made the process so easy for me and walked me through all the information I needed to know about the car and the cars history. I was also impressed with their office and their shop. Very professional, clean and welcoming atmosphere. They had my car Safety and ready for pick up in one day. they originally said two days but called me the following day to inform me they were able to get it ready for me early, which was awesome for me. I live in Niagara Falls so bringing my vehicle to them for service is a little unfeasible for me, but If I lived closer I would bring my car to them for all my service needs. I recommend anyone needing car service in their vicinity give them a try, I'm certain you will be just as pleased as I was.
