On time, in fact 10 minutes early, willing to wait due to train delays, very professional, called in advance to coordinate exact pick up spot, managed to get 10 pieces of luggage like tetris in the back, and got all 7 of us from Union to Niagara Falls safe and sound and comfortably. The car was also very nice and clean. Would definitely recommend.

(September 20, 2021, 5:47 pm)I used Consulate Limousine for my bachelorette weekend and the quality and service was impeccable. Paul, our driver was helpful, courteous, and a great communicator. When our itinerary changed, he was quick to meet us earlier or later at any given time. He was also super accommodating with the Bluetooth option in the limousine. He pulled over and helped us figure it out! The girls also raved about the limousine (great lights, champagne on ice, etc.), so now I've gone ahead and booked Consulate Limousine for our wedding in November. Quality service on the back-end too. Quick to communicate and very helpful :)

They even followed-up with me when I had to reschedule due to weather. Our tavels took us to Niagara on the Lake from Toronto. Our driver, Paul, drove really well and navigated safely through all the traffic. We felt safe and comfortable in the Lincoln Town Car. I would use this service again.

And they sent me text messages to let me know that they were there and waiting for me. The driver was very courteous. I highly recommend them.

I've never booked a service like this before and they went above and beyond to make it a great experience. The car was beautiful and as expected and discribed. Our driver was incredibly knowledgable of the area and professional. Definitely feel like I got my moneys worth PLUS.
