She did fact checking and asked as many questions as possible to get the lowest rate for me. I updated my review because they're only open 9-5, Monday to Friday, which is extremely inconvenient when changes need to be made.

(August 6, 2022, 1:14 pm)I wanted to thank Craig Budd and all of his team for their help when I had to put a claim in for a fire that happened in April, I felt like part of the Desjardins family from the moment I called to the end of claim. Craig showed up at my home within 30 minutes after calling to let him know about the fire at my neighbours. He immediately got on the phone with his contacts and took care of my needs so I could focus on my family. This was awesome! Craig remained in daily contact with me for weeks until he knew my family and I were safe and sound back home. I am so impressed with the service that I got from Craig and his team and I am definitely happy that I am part of the Desjardins family. If anyone is in need of insurance you won’t be disappointed with the Craig Budd Desjardins Team!

I found his rates very competitive but what really made me switch my insurance was how helpful both he and Rebecca his office manager were. They took the time to customize my insurance needs and explain all of my options. I highly recommend Craig’s office.
