His schedule was flexible to accommodate our quick turnaround time, he was very thorough in the inspection and ensured we understood what he was seeing in the house using easy terms (we’re first time home buyers!). His recommendations were reasonable as was his pricing. He gives as honest advices and recommendations and we would highly recommend his services!

It was very professionally handled and since I am buying a 100 year old home I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection. He even checked for areas of heat loss which is important to save on heating costs. Highly recommend his services.
