(March 31, 2021, 12:14 am)I called for quotes to fix a crack in basement wall where I had a leak. Trevor contacted me within minutes of my initial email. He came out immediately to assess the issue. Two days later staff were on scene and the issue was fixed.
Their professionalism and job site cleanliness was amazing. Hardwood stairs were covered to prevent damage moving equipment and supplies in and out.
By the way they managed this job site, it was very clear that Proseal are experts with years of experience under their belts.
Highly recommended for their skills, customer service, pricing and ability to put your mind at ease that your largest investment is properly and permanently fixed. -

(January 21, 2021, 4:36 pm)I had 2 cracks in my basement, one that was leaking water. I called 4 companies,for a quote. The other 3 companies just asked for me to send pictures to them, however the owner of Proseal, Trevor, instead said he liked to come and see the actual job and explain to the customer what needed to be done. This exceptional customer service continued throughout the whole repair, from both him and his staff. They used epoxy where some of the companies were only going to use polyurethane for the concrete repair, and they were charging the same price. Trevor is honest and really cares about ensuring his company is offering good service and workmanship. I highly recommend them.

They were able to get the job done within 5 days of me contacting them and did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards. I had 3 quotes for the job and they gave me the best one. Trevor's customer service was amazing and was very easy to talk to. Great job guys it was an absolute pleasure doing business with you.

Also after getting a # of quotes with them we got the very best deal. Under cut all other companies. Plus threw in 3 new window wells at no extra cost. We would recommend them 100%.All in all great job and great crew.
