(August 12, 2019, 3:01 pm)I never have had any issues with staff of EB Games in general, and I would like to appraise the staffs in this branch. whenever and whoever I called to and asked details about games, and things I pre-ordered, every staff were always patient, easy-going and never responded to complaints with excuses. This is a perfect example of good customer relationship management and after-sales services.
