(September 12, 2021, 1:19 am)I have been working with Lindsay for about 6 years. I was taking her classes and then decided to try kickboxing (I felt it was time to learn to throw a punch). She has a great knowledge for the sport. I started in January 2021, I am not very coordinated and having never done it in my life, I wondered if it would be overwhelming. Lindsay has the perfect pace, she knows just when to challenge you and advance without you even knowing. I then decided to have her design my workouts as they were very stagnant, my routines have not really changed for about 4 years! She started building my plans and I'll never look back. Lindsay knows just how to keep things fresh! I look forward to my workouts with her and have a renewed excitement for my personal workouts, she's made such a positive change in my life, I highly recommend!
