He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and provided quotes for multiple different scenarios which gave us options to choose from. The installers were nice and did great work. Prices were competitive and we will be sure to go through Carpet Emporium for future renos!

I was nervous about starting my first DIY flooring project, and was so pleased to get good advice and encouragement from Ronald. It's a very customer-oriented business. I am very happy with my new floor and I will definitely return for future projects.
