Not knowing what to expect with some hesitation I made a call...and then I have met Birgit. Right away she put me at ease. She listened first and then during our one hour consultation she flooded me with information, providing professional advice, prompting the imminent action on my part.
Now thanks to Birgit I do not feel helpless and now I am aware about the direction and the steps I have to take.
I am grateful for Credit Canada and the help they provide. Thank you!

She was reassuring, kind, and she listened to my whole situation, pay attention to detail and helping me feel calm throughout. She is very well informed and has a lot of knowledge! She was also kind enough to go above and beyond and provide me with resources that would be beneficial to me in the future. Bridget is a warm and friendly person, who makes you feel understood, all the while giving you reassurance that you have the power to get through your difficulties and she is only a phone call or email away.
