Showed up at 730pm test drive it and picked it up the next morning. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

(July 25, 2019, 1:55 pm)We recently stopped in at St. Catharines Volkswagen. We did not purchase a vehicle due to purely physical factors associated with a very tall family. We came darn close. The sales associate Jules Brouwer extremely patient and attentive. No hard sell, just trying to figure out the best options. She was also put together the best deal we had encountered in our recent shopping. Financially it was the best option and I wish I could have followed through. We liked the Volkswagen Tiguan but physically a wee bit too small. However, would recommend anyone to give Jules a chance to help you find out what is the best option for you. A great atmosphere to do business. I would not hesitate to try again when looking for a second car that does not have to transport so many people.

I was provided an invoice of the service and parts that the dealership put in to the car prior to putting it on the lot, which I appreciated. I never felt pressured or intimidated. The whole process felt seamless!

My salesperson, Josh, was great. Extremely easy to talk to about the vehicle and our purchasing options. He was also very knowledgeable of the vehicle and its competition. I would gladly purchase another vehicle from this location again in the future.
