The listing had been on the market for over 100 days with no offers. Eric came into the situation with full force, with confidence and a positive attitude, even when the situation looked dire. Even though I did not get the price I wanted, Eric made sure that what we listed for came close to that amount. He went out there at batted for me and I appreciated him every step of the way. At all times he kept me in the loop and explained how he was navigating every situation. Eric and Carmen are the kind of realtors a buyer/seller want in their corner and also to be a repeated customer. Due to the time and energy and also being so transparent, I will make certain to recommend them to others moving forward!
