(February 6, 2019, 5:26 am)Never done kick boxing before but this gym made me really enjoy it! They really focus on technique and real kick boxing skills. I would have continued with them if I hadn't moved to B.C.! Highly recommend! Thanks Pat and Cait for putting your passion into the gym and the members! 100% worth every penny! Now I have to find a gym out here as good as them!

If you are looking for a great workout, confidence boost, strength, conditioning and a positive atmosphere look no further. Pat and Kait are awesome????
