(July 22, 2019, 10:31 pm)I'm giving 5stars because of Richard, we had a flat tire on a Sunday morning while we supposed to be heading back to Ottawa that afternoon and all the car garages were closed and Richard went out of his way to help us.it was so stressful after visiting the other two Canadian tires and they couldn't help and this was our last hope.
Thank you Richard helping taking us without appointment. Great customer service, understanding and caring . -

(May 28, 2019, 11:52 pm)Very kind service in the automotive department. Had a starter issue with my car. They checked my car to make sure it was just the starter. Changed the starter when it was and had it back to me very quickly. Will come back again when needed.
