(August 8, 2020, 4:30 pm)We highly recommend John Boldt Builders. The whole experience from start to finish, was favourable. The house was completed on time. The materials are good quality, along with the workmanship. Minor problems, which are common in any building project after move in, were promptly addressed and rectified. Dan is honest and honourable.....always easy to contact too. A design consultant and cabinetry consultant were included. Their expertise proved to be very helpful, and we are so happy with the result! After comparing with other builders, we found John Boldt uilders to be reasonably priced. They were sensitive to our needs and wants. Overall, the project was carried out in a professional manner, and it ran smoothly from our perspective. We would build again with this company, without hesitation!

(July 15, 2019, 11:14 pm)John Boldt Builders Ltd. is an outstanding quality builder. We purchased an open concept bungalow model home from them and we could not be happier. Every aspect of the home including, furnace, air conditioning, flooring, counter tops, trim, cabinets and fixtures are far above builder grade. In comparison to two previous new homes we have owned, there were minimal minor items requiring follow up and anything that did, was looked after immediately. Dan Duerrstein truly provides individual attention, consistently superior craftsmanship, and dedication to client satisfaction. When we inform friends and family that we purchased a new home we take pride in stating we purchased a new "John Boldt" home.

When I built in 2017, I chose John Boldt Builders again because I knew I would be completely satisfied. They build a quality house using above average materials. Their trades people are experienced and their workmanship is unsurpassed. It was a pleasurable process to work with Dan Duerrstein in providing a house that suited our exact needs. He is sincere, honest and dedicated to delivering a unique and satisfying customer experience. I would highly recommend this company.
