She went the extra mile, and kept it professional, even when the other clients and their real estate agent was not so professional. She took the time to explain every little detail to me. She crossed all the t's and dotted all the i's, would I recommend her? Most definitely, she's the only agent I will ever use.

(May 10, 2017, 11:52 pm)The house I was interested in was listed by Better Homes and Gardens. Upon going to the open house I was introduced to Michelle Boyd and Yvonne Van Tuyl. I connected with these wonderful ladies immediately. I did not get the house due to competing offers but I have continued to work with them. Their office on Lakeshore Rd in St. Catharines is friendly and inviting and I felt at home when needing to go there. Jane is at the front desk to greet you and I had the opportunity to meet the boss lady Cheryl whose energy was contagious. I will continue to work with them and I will definitely be referring my friends and family. Thanks Ladies for making this experience a fun experience in this stressful market.
