(February 15, 2019, 2:25 pm)I went to his karate school from 2000 till 2007 and then again from 2011 till 2014. Craig Sumbler taught me how to defend myself in ways that no one else ever did, such as breaking free whenever someone would try to pull my arms. That's why he is the reason why I know how to defend myself. Until I started lessons with him I could hardly defend myself.

(July 28, 2018, 1:47 am)I've been taking karate classes from Sensei Craig for a few years now and I really enjoy his classes and his teaching style. I've been to other karate schools, but none of them compare to this one. I highly recommend St. Catharines Karate School!

Great place if you would really like to defend your self and feel comfortable about who you are as a person. If you would like to become extremely healthy this is for you!. 5 Stars instantly, with no hesitation.
