(January 28, 2019, 1:12 pm)If you are looking to be referred for your CPAP machine (fittings etc) definitely see Kelly Neill at the Carleton location. She is informative, knowledgeable, accessible and certainly patient in trying to find the right fit even when the case is somewhat more complicated. The process is efficient and all the paperwork is done for you..I seldom write reviews but this time I felt a 5 star is well deserved.

When I visited the store to purchase, the girl was very helpful and explained the best way to use the product. Since it was my first time in the store, she took the time to tell me what they carry.

I'm pregnant with my first baby and recently went into this location to inquire about breast pumps.The staff was so informative about all the different options, including the option to rent vs purchase. They advised me to look into my coverage with benefits before making my purchase! Super impressed with their customer service!
