She was super responsive via email, text and always available for a phone call. Karen made sure that I knew I could go look at houses whenever and only once I was comfortable and I never felt like I was a nuisance to her, which is so important since this is one of the biggest purchases someone makes in their life.
I couldn't imagine having any other real estate agent helping me to find my first home.

Karen seamlessly coordinated the communication between us and the builder so that the process of completing the paperwork for the sale of our home was not stressful because of the adept use of technology. She was able to arrange viewings at times that worked for us coming from out-of-town and has continued to provide after sales service in the form of amenities available in St. Catharines.
We will definitely use Karen as our realtor again, should the need arise. Thanks being such a terrific help and providing reassurance through such a major purchase. -

Karen did an amazing marketing job, from using a drone for the full impact of the neighbourhood. She had a professional photographer to take photos of our home and gardens. printed coloured brochures of our property, "Home of the Week" ad in local newspaper. She then held just ONE open house, within days of us listing, selling our home that day above asking price.
Karen's knowledge of the real estate market is beyond reproach. A keen insight to read people's wants & needs. The ability to market your home correctly is a valuable asset for an agent such as Karen McMullin. I would highly recommend Karen for all your real estate needs, now and in the future.
