(October 13, 2021, 1:29 am)A year after having my baby I was feeling frustrated and overwhelmed by my weight and what felt like a severe distrust of eating and food - after years of extreme diets and a disordered relationship with food, I was totally confused about what was healthy and not healthy and I no longer knew how to nourish and look after my body. I was physically tired and confused. Gil helped me get back in touch with my biological hunger and self-awareness. I no longer need to self-soothe using foods and I am now enjoying baking and cooking once again without any restriction, counting or eliminating! I have lost over 20 inches of fat and I am gaining muscle every day! Gilian’s hypnosis program has literally changed my life. I am fitting in my pre-pregnancy jeans. I have taken up running and I am now running my goal of 5k! The best part of this is that I know how completely sustainable this is for me … the fact that I can eat pizza and still reach my fitness goals? I did not know this could be possible! I love using the hypnosis recordings for immediate stress relief, motivation and a great way to fall asleep after baby wakes me up in the middle of the night!
