Lily's House on the 12

The stay here was nothing short of phenomenal! This was my wife and my first start at a bed and breakfast, and I feel as though we may have spoiled ourselves. The food was absolutely top notch, the room was very comfortable and had a great view, and our hosts were beyond accommodating. And to top it all off, we did the painting with Lily, and she was a great teacher and made sure that my wife and I had a great time for her birthday weekend. If we make our way back up here, we will definitely stay here again. The wife is already trying to plan another trip up with her girlfriends!

Beautiful location! I attended paint night with a group of friends. Lily was an amazing teacher and host. The food was amazing! The house is absolutely gorgeous and I can't wait to return and spend the night!

A sisters' getaway longs for a place like Lily's House on the 12! Steve and Lily are natural hosts, born for this business. They are engaging and anticipate needs, always thinking ahead about how the stay can be made just right for the guests. The house is intentionally designed and built as a perfect B&B. Spotless, modern, comfortable, spacious and bright. Paintings are displayed in an art museum fashion for everyone's enjoyment. The carefully selected menu and delectable meals cooked and served out of the modern kitchen, are a highlight. Simply delicious every time! Painting and cooking classes were also a highlight. Lily is a patient and highly effective teacher! The 12 mile creek trail across the street offers a delightful opportunity to indulge in the beauty of nature. We 4 sisters look forward to returning to Lily's House!.

It was the best B and B I have ever been to. It is beautiful and so clean. The owners Lily and Steve are absolutely wonderful. Best breakfast ever. Highly recommend it. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great time.

We stayed at Lily's House as our home base for touring Niagara Wine Country. The property is simply gorgeous and modern. The rooms are spacious and comfortable (the private bathrooms contain a double shower. Amazing!). Lily and Steve were so incredibly kind and sociable. The breakfast was also amazing. Can't wait to stay again!
