(June 11, 2019, 1:56 am)This is definitely the BEST Chinese food in St. Catharines. There are many authentic Chinese (Cantonese) dishes, beautifully cooked and presented. There are also some Chinese/North American dishes. The vegetables are fresh and delicately spiced in a variety of sauces. Perfect rice. I go for lunch at least once a week. Chef Chien-yi is a remarkable cook. I wish I could try everything on the menu. So far, Basil Chicken is my favorite. Deep fried banana is simply delicious. Whenever I go, there are several Chinese patrons, a sure sign this place is the real thing. Wonderful! Don’t miss it.
