Naomi was able to make this stressful/ overwhelming experience both enjoyable and manageable. Starting from day one of house hunting, Naomi helped me to set a realistic/ attainable goal, and walked me through step by step what to expect during this process. Naomi was dedicated day and night to answering all my questions, and offering guidance. Responds quickly at almost all times of the day. Knowlegeable and great connections with other profesionals. She is kind, thoughtful and I wish I had an excuse to work with her again sooner.

I decided to switch and use Naomi's services, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The marketing tools she uses and her professionalism are nothing short of amazing, combined with her dedication and great work ethic, more than got the job done. In the end, I sold my house for a price that I was extremely pleased with, and then she helped me find my dream home, and negotiated a price that I again, was extremely pleased with! I would highly recommend Naomi's services for anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the Niagara Region!!!

At the time we were not working with any agents, because at that point we had been looking for years and hadn't come across anything we liked and didn't want to waste any agents time. She reassured us that we would not be wasting her time and that she loved what she did. She genuinely listened to our wants/needs for our new home and set out to see if she could find it. She would go to open houses, and look at houses on our behalf if they had any potential.
She was honest, reliable and knows her stuff. She treated us like family! When viewing homes, she would watch our two little ones to give us the opportunity to actually look and see the house. She would answer all of our questions and if she didn't know the answer she would find it and get back to us promptly. She put up with all of our 'crazy'! lol
In the end she found our forever home! She even found us an affordable lawyer and moving company! She always went above and beyond!!!We couldn't be more happier! I would definitely work with Naomi again, either buying or selling!
