Tamara spent so much time with me choosing a ring style and then discussing the customizations and they sourced the new stones so I would have the best stones at the best price. The final product is stunning and I get compliments on it all the time. Customer service was amazing, no matter how busy the store was I was always welcomed when I entered, staff was always pleasant and very thorough when going over the customization and costs, etc. Highly recommend Sapphires. Same when my husband and I had our wedding bands done there.

Several of my friends and family members have purchased from Sapphires over the years because of their dedication to quality of craftsmanship and service. I personally had an issue with a ring that I had purchased elsewhere, I brought it in to Sapphires for their own inspection and they were able to tell me immediately in detail what the issue was with it. Sure enough, they were absolutely right when I brought this issue up with the original seller. Their 40+ years of experience is something you just can't compete with at any big-name jewellery store. Moving forward, I will rely on Sapphires for quality jewelry pieces and committed service that I can trust. Thank you again Sapphires for the help with my situation.
