Spirit in Niagara Distillery

Judging from the other reviews we must have been very unlikely today: it might have been the 1st day on the job for our server or she had an off day. The place is lovely and the drinks were great, but we waited for them for 40 min. Our appetizer came 60 min after our arrival and we waited another 30 min for our mains. The place was not busy at all; 3-4 tables occupied in total. The food was good except for the duck - its skin was way too flabby. Portions are small, but it’s not surprising for fine dining. There’s potential for this place with better service, but I don’t think we’ll give it another try.

Beautiful spot! A must visit! While sitting on their patio amongst the orchard and surrounded by their beautiful landscaping , you can look out to the distance and see the mountains. The service was exceptional, our waitress Shawna was pleasant, engaged and professional.

Food was delicious and you can clearly see the chef puts his heart into being creative while presenting a delicious meal.

Great spot for a cocktail, the selection is endless, beautifully put together and delicious.

I don't know what to say except saying. It's the best food I have ever eaten. Everything is freshly made from local products, the machine of the food with alcohol is amazing. We had the best time, highly recommended. If you go to Niagara on the lake area don't miss the chance to eat

This is hands down one of the best restaurants in Niagara on the Lake. It has an amazing atmosphere on the orchard with beautiful views from the patio.
The hospitality staff are always warm and welcoming and they go out of their way to make sure you are well attended.
The dishes are an exquisite combination of unique ingredients which are all locally sourced. The food is high end dining but at a very affordable price.
Chef Adriano is very innovative and the effort and creativity put into these dishes was tangible.
The cocktail list is extensive and delicious! Best of all, they are all crafted from alcohol distilled on site from the fruits in the Niagara region. They come at a very modest price and the recipes are all posted on their website.
We always leave with a bottle after a dinner :).
I highly recommend Spirit for a unique and lovely experience!

We enjoyed a lovely late afternoon stop at the distillery. We were amazed at the space - it doesn't look like a very big place from the outside, yet it has lots of room inside. Despite the size of the space, it is very warm and inviting We each did the tasting and found the different sprints to be quite enjoyable. I especially liked the gin! We ordered the dip platter to accompany our tasting and the three dips of the day were plentiful and tasty. The staff were very friendly, engaging and knowledgeable about the distillery.
