I would recommend them to anybody, when I arrived to retrieve my bike the key had broken off into the bike lock unfortunately, the owner accommodated this and even had his wife drive to the business from home to try and help us. had fun!

(October 26, 2020, 9:46 pm)The self guided tour was an amazing experience. Bikes were top-notch and well maintained, and the speed assist was really cool and made biking the long distances a breeze. The staff were friendly & easy to deal with and explained everything nicely, in the whole ten minutes or so it took us to pay and be set up (and then dropped the bikes & keys off at night, so no fuss there either). Including samplings at various local wineries made the package excellent value and meant we didn't need to think or argue about which wineries to go to. Also the route was spectacular for views, on a fully paved bike path by the water, so no need to share the road with cars while having sampled wines.
The only complaint at all would be that there were no lights/deflectors on the bikes for night riding, which made us rush to return them. However that may be a deliberate strategy to avoid having less-than-sober people biking around at night.
Would highly recommend these guys: a great experience for great value and zero fuss. -

Only issue I had was it started pouring rain and we called to ask if they could come pick us up and they stated they can only pick up the bikes but not the people which I found pretty crazy. Definitely a recommendation for the future. Also - for self guided tours you pretty much get served last when they know you're on a zoom your so get ready to wait. Oh, and the tastings are pre organized so you don't get to pick what wines you want to try which sucks.

(August 18, 2020, 6:01 pm)We had an amazing experience with Zoom and our guide Larry this weekend. Larry was so patient, kind and knowledgeable about the area and brewery/wineries that we were both quite impressed. My partner and I picked a tandem bike for our tour which was super comfortable and such a unique riding experience. All the tour stops were unique in their own way and the route we took was beautiful - just the right distance for an afternoon of activity and sampling. Would highly recommend!!
