(May 9, 2022, 7:04 pm)I saw a listing for a mobile home in one of Ontario's more prestigious parks located in Niagara on the Lake. There were 2 - 3 units available and although Wendy was the listing agent for 2 out of the 3 she helped make arrangements to see all 3. Unfortunately on the day we went 1 of the mobile homes had not opened yet and didn't want their unit shown. Regardless, after viewing the 2 units we did see we knew that regardless of our choice we wanted Wendy as our agent. We found her to be punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely courteous. We then made an offer to purchase one of the units we saw and put in an offer. Even though Wendy had a hectic schedule for the weekend she still found the time to present our offer to purchase and over the course of the weekend had everything done electronically by email--so add tech savvy to her list of attributes. So if you're looking for someone extremely pleasant to deal with, as well as being very professional whether you're buying or selling, then Wendy Midgley is MOST DEFINITELY someone you should call 1st and have her representing you--you'll be glad you did!

She assisted us in selling our park model home and it was honestly a seamless experience! The listing was well prepared and online quickly and showings happened quickly! We quickly received an offer and Wendy was very helpful with advice on negotiations. All in all it was a very positive experience and Wendy is highly recommended when selling mobile homes and residential real estate!

She was always available whenever we needed to see a property & made sure that she responded to any of our concerns or questions promptly. The property we bought was very small, but that didn’t seem to matter to her. She went above & beyond even when the listing agent of the property we chose were being difficult to work with at first.
