Niagara Kayak Rentals

My family & I visited Niagara Falls Canada the week of Labor Day. I called Lucas to book a private kayaking session for us since we have never done this before. By far one of the BEST experiences we've ever had!! Lucas & his brother Rubin are Awesome!! They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The lake is spectacular and the town is so charming & beautiful! We look forward to seeing them again :)

My boyfriend and I went yesterday for his birthday and had an AMAZING time. We had gone without a booking and they were able to accommodate us. Lucas was able to get us set up within a few minutes and was one of the most kind, professional individuals I have ever met! He made the experience so fun & much than I had excpected and talked us through everything and answered any questions we had. We booked a 2pm during the long weekend but the traffic was brutal. We left a message, Lucas called back and rescheduled for 3pm. He is awesome. Took the time to explain the ins and outs. He knows some great history about the area and general knowledge. He's very entrepreneurial, great conversationalist. We had a great paddle! Highly recommend to get away from the bustle of NIagara on the Lake.

We had an amazing experience with Niagara Kayak Rentals from the moment we booked online, all the way until we got off the Kayaks. Lucas' professionalism is what stood out the most, he followed up with a super informative email after booking, provided all of the necessary information and called on the morning of the rental to confirm our interest and discussed weather protocol/directions to where we would be launching from. When he arrived, he was super friendly and gave great instructions about how to paddle. Lucas joined us for our paddle and was great to talk to for the duration of it. He was super knowledgeable about the area, gave us excellent tips and educated us on the surrounding areas history, environment and real estate. By the end of our paddle we didn't want it to be over, we got the hang of it really quickly and it was really enjoyable. The two hours flew by. Lucas was kind enough to take some photos of us and airdrop them to us on the spot. Payment was simple and efficient as well. We plan to return ASAP.

My experience was amazing. We were lucky because the weather was absolutely perfect so we enjoy every moment. I was there for a corporate event and this was a great idea. They are very professional and knowledgeable. If you are in the area check it out.
