Wonderful and refreshing experience with the goats. Nothing like a warm sunny afternoon with a goat snuggling up your shirt and nibbling on your ear!

I attended my first goat yoga class on the weekend. It was held at Triple C Farm and it was a wonderful experience! I enjoyed seeing the animals in their own environment, as well as the care with which they are treated. The comfort and safety of the animals seemed to be a top priority. Everyone involved was awesome and I can't wait to go to another session!

I’ve been to two goat yoga classes this month!!!

As a beginner to yoga I was concerned that I may not be able to keep up, but the instructor did a great job to make sure students of all levels felt comfortable and had fun.

The goats were an amazing addition. They are hilarious and have a unique way of making “city folk” escape their busy lives and relax in a country atmosphere.

The mat rentals are only $3/person which includes unlimited swap outs (incase there’s a little goat accident) and a part of the proceeds go towards helping out the rescue. What a great cause!?!

All in all, it’s a blast and a great way to spend an afternoon or evening.

Goat Yoga is just as amazing and magical as it sounds and Fox Den Yoga knows how to do it right. I did goat yoga with them at Triple C Farm and it was the most magical afternoon. The goats are so loved and well taken care of there and interacted with everyone very often! The energy was so positive and it was both relaxing, humourous and fun! While the yoga was beautiful, this isn’t the place you go to get a good workout in. Simply go to enjoy the simple stretching in the company of sweet friendly goats!
