(May 21, 2019, 12:37 pm)Shopped here on the weekend and was amazed by the outstanding customer service. Clint was attentive and offered 3 different styles. Then when my wife was having trouble deciding, he offered her advice and she went with them and was happy with her selection. I was impressed with his knowledge of the different NB products that would meet our needs. I'm looking forward to buying my next pair of NB shoes here!

(March 19, 2019, 12:56 am)I only wear New Balance shoes, so this outlet is great for me. They were out of the size and width for a pair I was looking for, but had it in another style. Weekend staff are helpful, but weekday staff didn't even ask if I needed help, so depends on when you go I guess.

She helped us find the perfect shoe as the ones we were trying to replace are not made anymore. Kristina the store manager also helped me with information in trying to find a specific shoe. I can't say enough about them.Great Customer Service. We definitely will be returning to this store. Your were amazing. Thank you.
