Applewood Hollow Bed & Breakfast

Jane is a very kind and warm hearted woman. She runs a beautiful B n B backing on to a stream, wood lot and vineyards. Her chickens are friendly and she makes a delicious breakfast.

Jane and Brian were kind, excellent cooks and conversationalist. We received the very best in Niagara hospitality here. We came in mid to late March and enjoyed the off season and mild temperatures from our Ottawa home. Enjoy the breakfast, chats and lofts.

Favourite place for wife and I in Niagara on the Lake. Close to everything but just outside the hustle/bustle. Bring or rent bikes to go everywhere you want to go. Cooking school is close and good value (wonderful scenery). Jane is an amazing host with a great deal of knowledge on Niagara. You won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend going as two couples and getting the entire guest house. Wonderful getaway!

Wonderful ambiance and feeling of welcome and I was just there to see a local musical performance. I would definitely recommend to friends and family !!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful B & B. We arrived quite late on the Friday but Jane was very accommodating and met us to show us our room (more like a little apartment!). The next morning she had a delicious filling breakfast for us before we began our cycling wine tour. Zoom Leisure delivered our bikes right to the door so we could start out from the B & B-very convenient. Our first stop was one Jane suggested- Big Head winery. Smaller winery but great wines! We really enjoyed the Pie Plate in Virgil and the Silversmith brewery in an old church. Overall such a good stay we've decided to make it a yearly event and are going back this year!
