(March 29, 2021, 3:15 pm)One of my favourite restaurant in niagara. I recommend this place. Exceptional service by our server Elizabeth and good food! We used Groupon and as for my observation, they treated all customers the same unlike others that they would slam it on your face that you're using coupon or vouchers. I would definitely come back here.

(October 23, 2020, 2:21 am)Absolutely delicious meal! My bf and I were staying at the Ramada for my birthday and got a voucher for this restaurant. Honestly, hands down best meal and service I've had! Our waitress, Heather, was very attentive and seemed genuinely interested in how we were enjoying each course! I even was given a free dessert for my birthday! Best creme Brule I've had! I will definitely be telling people about this place and going back when in the area again! Thank you so much for making my birthday weekend that much more enjoyable!

Prior to reserving this restaurant, we looked at the pictures posted by the restaurant so that we see what we wanted to get prior to reserving a table.
To be clear, the pictures we saw where posted by wildfire grill house and not by someone else.
We saw that oysters served in a big bowl with ice, and scallops where served on big long plates, and that there are 4 scallops on a plate.
When we ordered the following 2 dishes that’s not what we got. We where served a dozen oysters on a warm chalkboard dish, and instead of 4 beautiful scallops on the long white dish, we got served 3 on a smaller chalkboard plate. To be honest, we felt cheated. I also ordered a dirty gin martini that took over 30 minutes to arrive before we ordered.
The worst part is there was only another table besides ours the whole entire time. It seemed like our waitress couldn’t care, and yes, she got her own 18%tip that was added to the bill. I don’t understand who came up with adding a tip to the bill before presenting it to the customer.
if we had good service I Tip a standard 25%...
