(April 6, 2019, 4:31 am)This place was our life saver. We had a very bad experience in an Airbnb and had to look for a hotel in the middle of the night. Prices in the area are not the cheapest. We called the hotel and the man that was on the reception was very friendly to answer our questions, he wished us a safe travels to the hotel (as we were traveling from Toronto to Niagara) and told us he would be there to receive us at any time. We literally arrived at 3am all tired and cold, the receptionist (as he said) was waiting for us with a smile and told us he would accommodate us in a room overlooking the most quiet area of the garden so we could rest better, he gave us a late check out as it was so late. We didn't know what to expect, and by that point we would have stayed anywhere. The hotel was clean, bed and pillows were super comfortable, it was safe and we rested very peacefully. The prices are great for what you get; and most importantly, the attention we received from this man, and the woman who was at the reception next morning couldn't have been better. This hotel was like a warm hearted hug to our night. We will definitely come back when we visit Niagara falls again.
