(January 19, 2021, 11:15 pm)Was really easy to book and confirm. We we're a bit late with getting to the limo after the wedding, though the driver was still calm and courteous and never rushed us, really cool guy! He mentioned at the end of the drive that he was also the owner of the company :)
He also went above and beyond for us. We asked him if he could stop by a fast food place that would be easy for the limo to get through. We would have gladly walked it somewhere that was open but he actually managed to get the limo through the drive through of a McDonalds which was super impressive! All of this happened in the middle of the Covid lockdown and the driver was also following the rules put in place.

This was my second time using Prestige and it did not disappoint. Definitely my go to limo service. -

Derek organized everything perfectly and our driver John is absolutely amazing! We will be doing this again with them! Thanks so much for thinking of everything.

Derek was extremely helpful and professional, we got exactly what we were looking for and everything thanks to them! With my girlfriends we had an amazing experience doing our wine tastings tour, highly recommend their services.

(September 28, 2020, 10:35 pm)Our group had the pleasure of using Prestige Limo Niagara's services this past weekend for our group wine tasting tour. We used the Mercedes party bus, which was exceptionally clean and the interior looked brand new. Our driver was Jerry and he was prompt, courteous, and very professional. We will definitely be requesting Jerry on our next booking.
For the booking, Derek was very fast communicating as we looked to align the plans for the weekend and made great recommendations.
I rarely provide online feedback but our experience was too good not to.
