Pampered Pups

I have been a client of Pampered Pups for 14 years. There are not enough stars to describe the quality of work, compassion, dedication and professionalism that Maria has displayed over the years! I would never bring my dog anywhere else. Maria always does a great job on my Coco!!!! I actually think she does a great job on all the dogs that I have referred over the years. I would never recommend a groomer as I know we all have different needs and expectations for our furry children. However, the level of professionalism and the great quality of work that she does makes me want to recommend her to anyone I know!!!!! She is very attentive to the needs of the pets that she grooms. I witnessed her once closing the entire store to groom a very difficult dog. However, the dog never ended up giving her any problems. She was able to groom it without difficulties as she is very sweet and motherly to the pets that she grooms. Even the owner of the dog could not believe that he let himself get groomed, without giving her problems. That's Maria! She is a dog whisperer! One time my Coco had a hotspot on her stomach. I have asked my vet to treat it and he gave me a quote of $200 dollars. Before I said yes, I ended up asking Maria what she thought about it. She gave me a special ointment FOR FREE! I applied it on Coco 3 times and the hotspot was gone. Not only she saved me $200 dollars but she also gave me the ointment for free!!! She is always ready to help and she has an amazing knowledge of fur, skin conditions and the relative treatments. Once, I saw her treating an ear condition in one of the dogs that she grooms. I have asked her why she was doing it for free and she said: "...because I can and I feel sorry for the owner that doesn't have a lot of money to treat her". That melted my heart! Finally, I wanted to say that her prices are very reasonable. Actually, considering the level of quality of work that she does, she should charge more!!!! I always tell her that! It's very hard to find a great and compassionate groomer like Maria! If you are looking for a secure and loving place where to get your dog groomed Pampered Pups is the perfect place!

Pampered Pups has been grooming my Westie for over 10 years. My Westie has special needs and Maria pays close attention to his needs. My Westie comes out looking and smelling fabulous! He also is very comfortable going to the groomers and is very excited when he sees Maria. Maria treats my dog well and this is reflected by how happy he is when he goes to see his groomer!

Great staff and great grooming for our golden doodle
