We had Ross out to clean and service our twenty year old fireplaces this week, and once he was finished they all looked brand new. Incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of each of our 4 units and able to quickly troubleshoot issues. Friendly, experienced, and amazingly detailed work. We have had different companies come in the past to look at issues with our fireplaces and this is the first time that we have felt completely confident that we had called the right place. The woman who took the initial booking over the phone was so polite and friendly, and Ross is an absolute credit to One Stop Fireplace. From beginning to end, we were thrilled. (February 20, 2021, 2:24 pm)Just had our fireplace serviced for the first time ever, only been here for 14 years, oops! The front glass was pretty disgusting. Ross arrived on time and was extremely efficient and explained everything in detail. Very pleased with the result, not perfect on the glass but we now know not to leave it forever before the next clean.
Will definitely use One Stop in the future and a big thank you to Ross. -

(December 9, 2020, 9:35 pm)We purchased a fireplace last fall and were well guided as to which model would suit our needs. The installation happened when promised. The installers were courteous, knowledgeable and took pride in what they did. Best of all was Rob, the boss...when the controls where accidently moved and we couldn't get the pilot back on (our fault), Rob actually drove out the next morning, HIMSELF to help us! A big thank you to him for going above and beyond the call!

UPDATE - NOVEMBER 2020 = WE HAD ROSS COME AND SERVICE OUR OLDER FIREPLACE AND IT NEVER LOOKED BETTER! HE WAS POLITE, AND GAVE US INSTRUCTIONS AND CARE TIPS, AS WELL, HE PRACTISED SAVE DISTANCING AND WORE A MASK, WHICH WE APPRECIATED.

He fixed our fireplace and it works better than it ever had worked. He is very knowledgeable and polite. office girl I dealt with was very courteous and polite. We were fortunate enough to have Ross and Dan do the work who were absolutely great. Not only did the do a great job, they also educated us on how to make changes to a number of settings on our fireplace and were courteous and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend the One Stop Fireplace Shop for their array of products and the follow service they provide.
