Our cabinets turned out beautifully, nicer than expected. The painting of the kitchen was perfect as well. John obviously takes pride in a job well done. (April 30, 2018, 11:28 pm)John and Chris did an excellent job with the painting and plaster touch ups that were necessary in our home. They painted the living room and dining room which has vaulted ceilings, the family room which required quite allot of patch work and detailed trim work, two large hallways (that required faux painting to be sanded off) and a bathroom (which required the drywall to be fixed). They did an incredible job, their attention to detail and professionalism showed in their work. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to have their home painted. The rooms look incredible. Their prices are very reasonable given the quality of their work.

John displayed a level of professionalism, organization, cleanliness and pride in his work that you don't always see with painters. He immediately made me feel comfortable choosing him to do the work on my stairs. John was able to fit me in his schedule almost immediately understanding the urgency of my job. John used high quality paints, stains and varethane and his attention to detail and finished work was second to none. I would definitely hire John again for any future refinishing/ painting I may need and will continue to recommend his services to family and friends.

John is very detail-oriented, reliable and neat. We had very little dust and clean up and it was all done within a few weeks. We have recommended Modern Paint and Design to our friends and family. John is trustworthy and we really appreciated all of his hard work! Thanks again!
