(December 5, 2020, 4:33 am)Got bloodwork done today and it was my first time EVER. And wow, the nurse I had took my anxiety levels from 100 to 0 really quick. She was so nice, welcoming and patient knowing that it was my first time and I was very nervous. I wish I got her name because she deserves an award. So happy with my experience with this lovely nurse, she changed my whole fear on getting bloodwork done. 10/10 recommended from me. (She was early 30s, checked me and my mom in when you walk into the office)

(November 13, 2020, 10:01 pm)As soon as I walked through the door, I was met by a technician named Trudy, who was diligently cleaning and very helpful. She brought me directly to the office and proceeded to check me in. While I was waiting for a short time, Trudy dealt with a woman who was being quite rude and yelling at the lady’s behind the counter. Trudy dealt with her with a calm demeanour and completely diffused the situation, whilst helping the woman solve her issue. Trudy has such a wonderful personality and made me feel very comfortable while I was getting my blood test. I have had my blood tested quite a few times and with Trudy, I didn’t even feel a pinch. I definitely recommend this location!
