I have had iKtell for about 2 years & am very pleased with the service. Since I am not very tech savvy, I had to contact them a number of times in the beginning, & he was very helpful.
I have had numerous issues, like being cut off in the middle of a conversation, a lot of crackling noises during a conversation & others, but it was my internet service not my phone provider.
I am very happy to save over $600. /year by switching from Bell to iKtell
