I did a lot of research on turntables before my purchase; the RT81 met my requirements and more. Set up at home was easy -- I appreciate their YouTube videos The sound is great. As a bonus, this turntable looks beautiful, too. The shipping was fast and customer service was always there to answer my questions, even after purchase. Shout-out to Brent!

(January 3, 2020, 9:26 pm)Decent budget self-powered speakers that perform better than sound bars and under passive speakers at the same price point. The customer service is pretty bad for an internet direct company. Literary a week before a reply was received, and even then there was no real research into my inquiry and I received a boiler plate reply.
The kicker was that the email had in the body of the message, "At Fluance, we have an unwavering commitment to our customers to offer the best experience possible..." That can't be a tagline; it needs to be something you self audit to see how you are doing on that front with measurable performance standards. -
