(May 10, 2020, 11:43 pm)On behalf of my whole family this Mother's Day, I want to send my sincere thanks to the staff and management of The Emerald Retirement Residence in Niagara Falls Ontario Canada. You all worked well together as a team when necessary during some challenging times recently. Being that there has not been one case of COVID-19 yet on your premises, just goes to show how great your team must be! Thank you for continuing to take such good care of my Mom even during the current COVID-19 crisis! As far as I am concerned, you are all gems!

(February 17, 2019, 6:32 pm)I took a tour. In this facility and let me tell you all that compare to a bunch of place in NIAGARA falls or surrounding areas this place is by far the nicest cleanest and most welcoming retirement residence I have seen.
I my self am a PSW and this is a very very nice place and this place has a lot of great facility’s and I’m sure that’s due to it being a hotel prior to this but still if a wonderful place for your loved ones..
