Eric was very punctual and was able to fit us into his schedule promptly. Will continue to use Eric for future renovations and homes we purchase as it has been great service.

He inspected two houses for us and thanks to his inspection, we were able to take a better decision in buying our first house. I have now used his services twice in 2 months; once for a presale home inspection and another, for a mold inspection. He is professional, courteous, and completely knowledgeable. He answered all my multitude of questions and eased my mind. When something was an issue, he explained it clearly and had a simple answer for how to deal with it. He speaks with authority but without alarm. He was available and expedient. As a past real estate agent, I have worked with hundreds of home inspectors and I feel comfortable in highly recommending his services.
